When the beat of your heart matches the rhythm of your stride, you just know that something good is going to happen.   That ‘something good’ was the AHA annual walk/run for heart which was held on a beautiful sunny day in Washington DC.

What does fashion and your heart have in common? Let me tell you that it’s more than just ‘falling in love’ with an outfit. The AHA Women’s Association recently hosted a luncheon and fashion show which was graced by beautiful ladies on and off the ramp.

The elegant ballroom of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington DC recently glittered extra when the American Heart Association held its annual Heart Ball.
